Niki O. Apartments - Parma

The apartment had a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a big flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Parma. The fully equipped kitchen was like a dream come true for a foodie like me. I had everything I needed to whip up some delicious meals during my stay. The private bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including free toiletries. I felt pampered and refreshed after every shower. The attic apartment had lovely city views, adding a charming touch to my experience in Parma. The air conditioning in the apartment was a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days. I could escape the heat and feel cool and comfortable.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the apartment a bit lacking. The noise from the street occasionally disturbed my sleep.

We had a really good stay, appreciated it and would stay here again.

For breakfast selection, it would have been nicer to have a variety of options rather than just the provided baskets with twinkies and mini dry toasts.

We had a very very good stay in Parma just next door to many restaurants, the city center, and shops and restaurants. Its location was absolutely perfect - easy access to a sacred church.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Governor's Palace, and there were plenty of great restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions within a short walking distance.

Great location, very close to major street with lots of restaurants and easy access to museum and art sites. the apartment was spacious and lovely. Although the air conditioning didn't work the last 2 days, we had a fan and it was okay. Niki O., the owner, replied immediately and there were no check-in issues, even when we arrived early. the apartment was very clean and in a good area. I highly recommend it to anyone, whether you're a single person or a family. Book in advance because it's popular.

Central Location 🏙️

The place was right in the heart of everything! It was super convenient being located smack dab in the middle of town.

My stay at Niki O. was fantastic! I stayed for a week and the apartment had everything I needed. The building's exterior and interior were well-maintained. The furniture was in great condition and the apartment was comfortable. Plus, being surrounded by restaurants and bars was a huge bonus for trying local cuisine.

Would recommend this hotel.

It would have been better if there was an elevator to the third floor, as the narrow stairs made it difficult to carry our luggage. On weekends, the noise from partying neighbors could be a problem for light sleepers.
